Connecting PC speakers to audiokontrol 1 (temporary solution!!)

Hey guys!

Hopefully taking delivery of my VCI-100 tomorrow, got a NI audiokontrol 1 also but I don’t have any monitors yet. I was wondering is there any way I can hook my 2.1 PC speaker system up to the audiokontrol just to get me up and running for now??
It’s only connection is the small green minijack which I usually plug into the headphone out of my MB.

Get two 1/4 inch to phono jacks, twin phono to 3.5 mini jack lead and a 3.5 mini jack coupler

you can get all that at maplins for under a tenner

Don’t feel embarassed. I have the same setup at home. Afterall most of us have neighbors. What I got was a is a 2xmono (1/4) to 1xstereo (1/4) cable and a 1/4 to 3.5 adapter.
