Connectiv and Traktor hate each other.
I know these 2 have different proprietary vinyl and software, so i am not doing something silly like trying to use my Torq vinyl with traktor. I am however trying to use my conectiv as a sound card for traktor pro. Traktor locks up, mac freezes, have to warm reboot. Anyone else seen this. Just being a poor S.O.B. trying to avoid another costly sound card, until i can sell my torq setup and get Traktor scratch.
I have the same problem on PC. Traktor locks i have to close traktor unplug USB plug back in and reopen traktor. Happened 2 times at a Holiday party I did last week…Grrrrrrr
I am using version 1.2.2 and not timecoding with vinyl. Using the vci-100se.
Guess I need to start saving for that Audio 8 that I always wanted.
Does yours freeze up right away? I can run mine for around an hour or so.
It’s not the midi out + vista + traktor pro 1.2 bug is it?
Been using XP on this machine.
Im using a mac. Im using it without the vinyl. It locks up right away. I go into traktor preferences, and as soon as i select connectiv as output device mac freezes. I guess like oil and water dont mix, these 2 wont play nice together.
What Drivers are you PC guys using? ASIO ?
Are you Mac guys on Leopard or Snow Leopard ?

ugh… don’t get me stared on that Connectiv box, when i had Torq i hated that thing…
