Controller Help: X1 with x1MK2

Hi…apologizing right a way for sounding like a noob but i have been looking everywhere with no answers at all.

My current setup is a Behringer DDM-4000 Mixer with two X1 Controllers…A normal X1 and one MK2. I have them hooked up to my mixer through Audio 8 Dj and going through my Mac with a USB hub since my mac only has 2 usb hubs. When i go to turn everything on both controllers work if i want to scroll through tracks and load them but it is only recognizing one controller when it comes to Effects. is there a certain Mapping i need for this that someone can point me in the right direction i could possibly Download or what is the problem?? Thank you

By default mapping, both of your X1’s are controlling Units #1 and #2 and that’s why you’re getting this behavior. So what you basically need to do is to override factory mapping by adding new FX commands and assigning them to other two FX Units.
