Corrupt/damaged MP3’s?

Hey everyone, I’m having some issues with iTunes for Mac. I’m using TRAKTOR Pro 2 and it seems to read my files from iTunes with no issues but some songs when played in iTunes and seen in the itunes music folder don’t play or sound damaged…I’m confused as to why they are damaged in iTunes but TRAKTOR reads them fine…any help would be greatly appreciated

I’m assuming you still have the original file, try deleting it in itunes and re-loading it ?

I’m away from home traveling and the files are on an external i left behind, iTunes is my main folder for the moment.
