Costem Duty in Germany!
I informed by the german customs authorities and thay say that i have to pay 676 Euro duty (995 US$) to other 576 Euro (849 US$), all in all 1.844 US$ (1.252 Euro) if i wont to have the VCI-100 Arcade Edition.

thats not correct at all. Please email orders@djtechtools.com and we will help you sort it out. The MAXIMUM you would need to pay on a controller would be the standard 19% vat which would work out to 89 euros.
But what i have to say the costoms authorities that i have just pay the 19 % VAT and not other charges?
Sometimes it is not enough, to say what the Taric number!
I am from Germany too and I have a VCI-100SE myself. I had to go to the custom office and had to pay 36 EUR. Thats it…

I’m also from Germany, and after showing them that’s it’s REALLY not a mixer (lacking some ins/outs 
) but just an USB input device, they only charged me the 19% VAT/MwSt.

Hi, sorry for digging out this old thread. I want to buy the new Overlay and the Firmware Kit, that would be together $60.74 including shipping. I don’t know how this costom duty things work, I tried to become aware of these things on the Customs’ homepage for about 2h, but I still don’t know how it works. So, my questions are, Do I have to inform the costum for these things? And how? By letter, Email etc. and of course what are these things? (computer accessory?!)
under 100$ nothing happens and the stuff comes directly to your home..
You mean i don’t have to pay any VAT or something else? I thought it was under 45€?!
i purchased last august the exact same stuff and it came straight to my home, without paying anything..

I would really like to know a price for a whole djtt package consisting of an VCI-100 Arcade Edition and A DIY Midi Fighter Kit & a Midi Fighter T-Shirt, shipping to germany..i know a mail would do that but I’m not sure if I’ll have that much money for the all that yet but, I thought it would be ok if I show my interest here instead of mailing to orders@djtechtools.com

Go to the store, add everything you want to your card. This should fix your problem
