Customer Service for DJTT?

I’ve been trying to get a hold of anyone from DJTT store in order to verify my order, and why it’s still sitting in California since Jan 20th (according to USPS site)

I’ve tried emailing, calling and no reply or answer on the phone.

wondering if anyone can help…

They only work monday through thursday from 10am-7am pacific standard time !
If you’ve been trying to contact them and had absolutely no luck , fill out a support ticket and they will guaranteed get back to you in 48 hours !

What happens when you call? Are you getting sent straight to voicemail, or is it disconnecting you?

I’ve been hearing a few more complaints than normal from people having a hard time getting in touch with us, and I’m trying to figure out what is going wrong.

I’ve sent 2 emails from the same email I used to register here (sent a 2nd one incase the 1st didn’t go through)

Whenever I call, I get a busy signal.
I am calling from Canada however…not sure if that matters.

getting a little frustrated

I know it’s not a huge order, but it was placed on the 17th of January…friends of mine have ordered gear from DJTT and have had same week deliveries…just really trying to wonder what’s going on…this is my first order with DJTT…
