Really sorry to post this here but can anyone tell me the estimated delivery time to the UK for Overlay & Firmware upgrade?

I’ve emailed customer suppport over 5 times now with no reply and I have the order confirmation, below…

Only took a week or so for me (an overlay and firmware kit).

The total of yours is well over the £18 limit, so it might be caught up at customs.

mine got caught up in customs me thinks but still only took 2 weeks i think, maybe a bit more.

I’ve ordered stuff form the states before and its been held up but never for this long.
