Looks like a nice little jazzy liquid number youve got down there Damien. Defo on the dl

sweet bro. mix is meant to be played while doing dirty things :wink:

shameless self bump :stuck_out_tongue:

Love the tracklist man, this mix definately comes from a guy who knows his dnb!

I also like the jump around the sub genres using jazzy liquid as a base. Gives a nice ebb and flow to the mix.

Ive got a question, slightly OT, but nevertheless;
Youre quite an established dnb dj yeah? How do you find the general public respond to dnb when you play out? Do you get more people liking the danclefoor stuff or the liquid? Imo, liquid has much better production, but thats not necessarily what a dancefloor wants.

hey bud,
actually depends on the night. If the crowd has more women in the crowd than the norm, I tend to play more melodic liquid and some dancefloor stuff. In general, the crowd these days seems to respond to Neurofunk pretty well as long as it’s not too hard or too techy. I also found that switching up subgenres seems to keep the crowd engaged more. Just read the crowd and play what feels right. Give them a break down if you feel they need to rest a bit and play your timeslot. Hope this helps!

Yeah mate, great stuff cheers :slight_smile:

awesome bro. glad to be of help :smiley:
