Ddj sb and serato - headphones volume very low

Is anyone running a ddj sb with serato dj intro and having low volume in there headphones? The head phones are actually pc gaming headphones that cost over 100$ and they sound good on my gaming of but very low on my system. Any ideas what it could be ??

the dj controller does not send enough power to your headphones probably because its powered from your laptop. my controller is also like this. i think you can get an external amplifier for your headphones but other than that you are SOL :disappointed:
