Traktor version should got nothing to do with this issue. Seems like a hardware thing.

That mapping seems to have a two parts (devices), are they both set to correct controllers under the MIDI In-Port and Out-Port?

Also I think you should set your controller to Traktor mode, perhaps that is the main problem here.
