De-Register Native Instrument Products

Hi there,

I sold my old copy of Traktor Scratch Duo to a friend and unfortunately he can’t get it working as the Serial Number is registered to me. Is there a quick and easy way of de-registering the serial numbers?

I’ve tried to contact NI but they’ve not got back to me after 4 days.

this is where i deauthorized my tp 2 serial off of my email and they did it in one day
