I think anyone would do it for 200 gs, its a little different than some shitty award. I also heard hes in some kinda lawsuit with this guy or something… idk theres an article floating around somewhere on it. Beatport im sure.
The lawsuit isn’t with Deadmau5, it’s (strangely enough) with another manager guy who is also named Joel Zimmerman. I forget the details, but I think he had something to do with brokering the $200k deal on good faith, and then someone didn’t pay up. I believe Deadmau5 got his money, though, but the people who gave him the money weren’t ever reimbursed. Or something like that. Who knows.
My favorite is how ‘cool’ he makes it look, and gives the guy a high five. I would have played it, maybe, but shook my head in disbelief while doing it.
