Denon DN-SC3900

Denon DN-SC3900

Looks like the infamous banner wasn’t a fake after all

What’s different about it?

There aren’t any details or specs yet, Denon actually hasn’t even acknowledge the existence of the 3900. But, physically the differences I have noticed from watching the video a couple times is more cue point buttons, buttons along the top of the LCD screen, black play cue buttons and a different case. I’m sure once details are released there will be more than these slight physical changes though.

I’m having difficulties doing it myself, so would be interested to see if anyone else can manage a decent capture-and-skew of that QR code on the wall.

Could be nothing, but…

I think it looks bigger… But I might be out of my mind, was a while since I saw a 3700 in person.

did any of you notice that the guy is probably connected to the ipad???

its also got a big Denon DJ logo on the side - as many people have already noted they’re switching to that name and dropping the DN

Wow

something makes me think that this was followed by this: :rage:

I just think its great that another company is making something just as good as the pioneer cdj (if not better tbh)

I agree 100%. I think the market is clamoring for something new and diverse from the “standard” that pioneer pays/claims to be…

Thanks !

care to add anything to this thread Denon?

Spinning platter control is possible on the 3700s with traktor if you use hybrid midi mode however you need either a NI sound card or certified mixer

Sorry, I dont have anything to add at this point.

If it needs software to software to generate the wave form & accurate BPM as the 3700 does, lets hope this time there is a Mac version.

And hopefully an iPad app

I didn’t realise Denon still made decks. I’ve not seen any in the DJ booths for well over 10 years.

It exists now.

Yep, its real. More info coming soon!

If Denon hadn’t dropped the ball and were still dicking around with Rackmount units when the Pioneer CDJ500 came out we might see them instead as the club standard instead.

Just “Imagine”

These baby’s look tasty
