What’s so bad about eating horse? I tried reindeer once and it was amazing, I reckon horse would be fairly similar.
Corned Beef is horse. Or at least, used to be.
I agree. It would however be very different to eating ostrich or crocodile.

I’ve eaten horse in France - they serve it rare an thinly sliced, it’s a bit bloody but I like meat like that - it was ok, but it ain’t no steak

You know…I’m not exactly a bleeding heart liberal, and I’m certainly not a vegetarian. I eat normal meat; I eat veal; I eat ostrich and crocodile; I’ve even eaten shark (not the endangered kind) and rabbit…bison…deer…I want to try Kangaroo at some point…
Just about the only meat I don’t eat is Turkey, and that’s because I think it tastes worse than tofu. Like…I’ve had mouth guards that had more flavor than any Turkey I’ve ever had.
But horse meat just seems weird. IDK, i’m sure it’s just an aversion to eating cute animals, but horses seem like they’re up there with cats and dogs for me. I’m not really sure why…I’ve never owned one, never really ridden one, I don’t actually think they’re particularly cute in an ‘awwww’ kind of way. It just seems weird.
