Hi DJTT! I’m DJ Nimi. I built a small independent utility for the preparation side of Traktor, and I’m sharing the beta for free.
DJ NIMI Traktor Suite includes:
- Hot Cue templates and suggestions you can preview before saving up to eight cues per track.
- Playlist Stem preparation using Traktor’s own generation engine.
- Kontrol S8 waveform and original/Stem loading options, tested on my own S8.
- Keyboard shortcuts, a reference guide and printable keyboard labels.
- Font and track-title display tools for Hebrew/Arabic titles.
It doesn’t replace Traktor, its license, or its separation algorithm. The idea is to reduce repetitive preparation while keeping listening and checking in the workflow.
Free Mac beta + installation guide:
Requires macOS 14.2+. This is experimental, unofficial software, not endorsed by Native Instruments, and the beta is not notarized by Apple. Please read the installation/recovery guide, back up your collection and settings, and start with a few test tracks outside a live set. Use at your own risk; I can’t guarantee every configuration.
