Like the “songs” I downloaded some Dj’s album and there’s a section called DJ tools I have no idea what I’m supposed to do with it haha.

Not necessarily scratch samples…sometimes they are stems of a song which can be used for remixing. Or samples to use in a live set.
QBert’s scratch university maybe. Scratching is the shit, good luck and practice hard.
You can practice 100 times longer than anything else you do with DJing and still not get far.
Best used for remixing and doing mashups probably. Are they whole song parts like drums and bass lines?
