DJM Question… Iso or Eq mode?

I keep swapping between Eq modes and just can’t decide which one I prefer. I own a Xone Px5 and love the way the eq feels and that its full kill. But when i use a djm i find it really hard to make my mixes sound smooth on the isolator option. sounds great for fast cuts but really struggle with slow blends. So alternatively i find myself using Pioneers Normal eq mode. Which sounds way better but still has that slight sound bleed that takes extra eq’ing.

Just a quick question to you guys. Which do you prefer and why :slight_smile:

I think you’re strugling not because of EQ modes but because of difference between Xone and DJM EQ crossover points.
