Ok hopefully the title got your attention. Well I was surfing on youtube for some 10 min mix’s especially looking for the ableton and traktor users. Well let me tell you they were slim to none. I am very down about that. I know half the users on here got a webcam or a video camera. How about you post a video, help this community out and grow. Show the world what controllerism is.
Youtube is dominated by nothing more than cdj and tt users. Nothing against them at all but if controllerism is supposed to be a movement and about showing people what we do. We are either A. Moving very slow, or B. Not trying hard at all. It won’t be that hard people just while your practicing in your room just turn on your camera and record yourself.
I even posted a vid myself its in the mixes forum check it out give me some tips and pointers. And I will make sure I comment on you guys vids also.
Well this concludes my 5 in the morning rant I need sleep.
I am for sure for all of this. All though myself I am among the cdj/tt users in migration. I wont through the DVS system and full on was annoyed of the set up and tear down for a set with.
I know how to do all the basic dj skills. So I figure as once stated with beat matching (is irrelevant) I should migrate.
the work is being done and as soon as I have it done so I will share my trials and tribulations.
