DJTechTools Usb cords not detected.

Hey, just got some shiny new usb cords from DJTecthools, however when I plug them in nothing happens at all. I’ve tried re-installing the usb drivers and all that stuff but still no luck. My other cords work just fine, and the djtechtool cords work in other laptops. Does anyone have any advice on this matter? Running a pc with windows 8.

Definitely contact DJTT support. What are you connecting using the cables?

I’ve tried Audio 6 soundcard and my Traktor Kontrol S2 .

Have you tried ‘normal’ USB cables with the same equipment? A USB cable is a USB cable, its all ones and zeros at the end of the day…

Yeah I have as stated in my original post. That’s why this is confusing me so much.
