We are looking to hire someone to help with Customer Service and Shipping. This is going to be a full time position. We are looking to hire someone who is already familiar with DJ TechTools and/or digital DJing in general. Things are very fast paced around here, so the more you know heading into this job the better!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Packing and Shipping Orders
Working with customers on the phone and via email
Explaining products and options
Helping customers with existing and future orders
Providing way cool customer service
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
-Friendly and positive attitude
-Reliable and dependable
-Being self-sufficient and able to work independently, but also be a team player
-Good organizational skills
-Able to start immediately
-College degree preferred, but not mandatory
-Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
