Do you use Transient and how?

For what do you use transient? I didnt find any practical use of it.

I don’t think you understand what a transient actually is.

You mean transient shapers/designers?

Try them on drums to accentuate different parts of the hit. Better yet, do it on a send track and then mix the original with the “shaped” track to taste.

Probably the best case for using them, although they can be used for the same type of thing with non-drum tracks as well.
