Here are some pics of my current setup.
Cabinet started life as a bedroom wardrobe, I whipped out the toolbox and a few days later I got me an awesome desk for my toys.

what are you using for pitch/tempo adjustment? considering the contours dont have a pitch fader
I mapped mine to the 4 faders up top for drastic change and to the encoders for small changes. You can also map it to the jog wheel. I love my new contour. About to pick up another one as well to be liek this guy. 
Nice to see, that Contours are taking up peoples interest in after 3-4years of being in the shadow

nice and clean! want to share how you use the launchpad?
I use the sync button to set the tempo. I dont use it to lock the phase. A quick tap sets the bmp to match the active track. I then use the platter to adjust the phase. That way I dont have to be super accurate when placing grid markers.
I will share my launchpad mapping one day when im happy with it. Its essentially a mod of a mapping by Jwill that is available in on these forums. Top half controls FX bottom half controls cue points & transport etc.
