If I go see Laidback Luke I don’t want to hear Swedish Mafia. Fine if he wants to throw in a little spoof on them, but the 50 seconds of shit he did to lead in was rubbish.

Fair enough, but I really don’t think all of those people were there to see him. I really think they were more excited to hear a popular song being introduced like that. Some of them might not have even cared who he was.
If you go to see laidback luke you are going to see him mix this year’s beatport top 10 with last year’s beatport top 10- that’s just what he plays.
Laidback Luke has fun behind the decks. Nowadays it’s more mainstream/commercial, though he is no slouch.
And also, Pioneer Benelux has had him doing quite some shows with their latest gear for a reason. (Creativity and having fun)
