Does anyone know about Acid Pro?

Does anyone know about Acid Pro?

I got 2 issues with it:

  1. How to add an effect like ‘Filter’ same as the filter on a mixer
  2. How to stretch an audio clip? I know from Sony Vegas, by holding CTRL+ Mouse, the clip is adjustable in its tempo.
