Does this happen to anyone?
Every 1 out of 5 times I try and access the djtt forum this happens to my browser (see picture) and then it will happen every time I try to go on the forums for about 5 mins!!! Does anyone know whats happening or more importantly how to stop it???Not sure, but the page which is loaded is your own computer (localhost, 127.0.0.1). That means you have a web server like Apache or nginx running on your computer
If you click this link: http://127.0.0.1 you should see the “It works!” page.
As for why djtt might redirect you, I am still new to these forums and haven’t had a problem being redirected anywhere. You might get redirected there because of an entry in your hosts file or because of an ad blocker. Other than those two, I can’t imagine what would cause the redirect. You should look into the web server issue regardless though because it might ultimately be a security gap in your computer.
usually I just type forum.djtechtools.com into the address bar, but the problem still persists if I google it or access it through the djtt blog.
Sometimes I get a WSOD when navigating, but it never redirects me to my loopback address.
Is this still an issue?
