when you find out, i bet you it cost $150 +++
those type of expensive mics are good it would even record the bass of a song so the quality would be good for a person who doesnt know about steromixer.
not much good pro mic under that
then maybe $350 +++!!!
lol
Yea will i’m looking at microphones at around 150$ and no one seem to have gotten good reviews. So i was just wondering what the price of his was.
Are you talking about what mic he uses in tutorial videos or while DJ’ing?
Tutorials n stuff
YouTube videos
probably like a 150 condenser mic. you can get good results for not too much money.
AKG Perception 420 is a good all-around mic, and I would consider it a cheap mic. ![]()
Shure SM58. Buy it, live it, love it
If you want a good mic to use during video shoots a lav mic is the best bet. There’s plenty of those in the $150 range that are good. The SM58 is also a good mic that’s damn near bullet proof, or so I read.
+1 on the SM58.
And the SM57 is a beast too.
dont laugh but check out the Behringer XM8500! you can pick one up for around $25!!!

That is the one i use
Would anyone recommend any microphones that hook up to your shirt (i think they’re called lapel mics?)
keep in mind that for most mic’s you’ll need a preamp with phantom power which will add to the cost. if you want a decent mic just for recording into a computer, check out the rode podcaster.
It really depends on what type of mic you have. The majority of cardioid/dynamic mic’s(the shure sm58 included) do not require phantom power. Now on the other hand, all condenser mic’s need phantom power.
They’re called lavaliere mics. Are you going to hook it straight to a video camera or run it through a mixer?
I’d wanna use it out for live performances. That is if those kinds of mics can be used in those situations. I just like having my hands free.
Not laughing, gear is always amazing value for money, I have a Behringer PA system and it gets nothing but positive responses. Their DJ mixers get a slating but have no complaints with their other equipment. I own a small 4 channel mixer for the last 6 years and it has never failed. Might pick up one of those mics as a backup.
