Edirol UA25 Portable USB Audio Device
Any guys like to share their thoughts on this soundcard? I can only go USB as no firewire port 
Use a soundcard on USB2.0. Especially with your PC laptop. 
Edirol is nice. But do decide what you would like to see on a soundcard. And weigh prices against specs.

Well it depends… isn’t the Vestax hooked up by USB too?
In that case you can easily do with a Numark DJ|iO.
Probably any will do, because you would just be adding the option of prelistening through the external soundcard.
definitely need soundcard to be able to headphone cue, as well as midi ports for my microkorg to compose with etc.
the DJio doesnt seem that great, the build quality looks shite or is that just my eyes?
Build quality is fine. It’s plastic, but very hard plastic. Good size, feels solid, great price. It does not have MIDI-In though.
Well, most MIDI controllers use USB(2.0) nowadays.
