Effects have dissapeared
I have recently changed from cdj to a kontrol s4 and traktor. I’m pretty good with technology and I’ve Sussed most of it out but today the effects bar at the top has gone from all my layouts. I’m a bit confused by it and I have, I swear looked at every layout and every single setting. Obviously this also means I can’t record. Can anyone please help and point out what stupid thing I have done please?
I’m using a MacBook pro and traktor pro 2 in case it makes a difference.
go to Global settings>tick show global section

Haha no worries. I can sometimes spend hours looking for a certain setting!!!
Unfortunately if I tick or untick the Show global section it is still not there on any of my layouts … Any clues?
I’m not at my laptop now but next to where you tick there are some drop down boxes. Make sure these show fx1 & fx2.
The decks were set to extended on all my layouts so it now works shame I can’t have both I don’t need a mini browser tbh.
