Enable and disable mappings in traktor
I have set up some mappings to use on my traktor z2 but only want to use these in certain conditions such as when I am going to use it without my decks
Is there a way to enable and disable mappings that you have created
Otherwise I would have to create the mappings each time and then delete them

Just point the In/Out Port for the mapping you want to use to your Z2 and None for the rest and you should be good.
You can also export each individual mapping that you’ve created and then import the one that you want to rock with 
How do I do that?
As I made a bunch of changes together?
Sorry to answer with a question but… Do you have those mappings loaded as a different devices in the device menu of the Controller Manager?
