External monitor
I’m using an external monitor with my Macbook Pro 13 inch and recently I’ve had an issue where when I view Ableton on it, the colour is all dark and difiicult to see but the rest of the windows look normal. Does anyone know what I could try?
Brightness al the way up ?
This is the Internetz mate, brightness is a rare commodity…
it ain’t the brightness, because the rest of the screen is fine, just the Ableton window is really dark…
Did you switch to some weird theme (forget what they call it, in preferences) in Live perhaps?
mm yeah I checked the themes (called skins I think) but I’m pretty sure it’s not that because I can drag the window across to my laptop screen and it looks fine. As soon as I drag it back to the extrnal monitor it goes really dark.
Strange. System prefs → detect displays maybe? How about other apps?
It seems to be back to normal now! Thanks for the help guys
