Some context for anyone reading or searching for this in the future. It’s a Midi Fighter 3D board. - 2x5 header (JTAG) at the top is what we used to flash the chip with a programmer at the factory. If you plan on writing custom firmware for it and flash it with this port be careful since a full chip erase will wipe the bootloader too. - 1x6 header at the bottom is a debug port. it could be used as an expansion port but would need new firmware. You could add 4 buttons or 2 buttons + 2 knobs/faders here without much more electronics. The expansion kit was for the original Midi Fighter, that led to the Pros. The 3D was an evolution of that PCB. ---

No, the official firmware uses the port for debugging.
