Extra laptop only for DJ’ing: what r the bare minimum specs to optimally run traktor?

So I will now be using my backup laptop only for DJ use. I’ve heard that you can change the specs to your computer (running the bare minimum) to run programs more efficiently. All I could figure out on my own was using the “windows classic” theme! haha. What else can I change to run Traktor more efficiently? The computer is running:

Windows Vista Home / 32-bit service pack 2 / 3gb ram / intel core 2 duo…

Right, i dont really know much about optimisation but im guessing you could start with changing your audio drivers to asio4all, (if i had a win computer id take you through the steps, but i dont have mine handy)

Secondly you want to turn all internet/bluetooth off and any running background programs that are’nt essential to your computers running

Looking at your specs you shouldnt have much problem running traktor in the first place,

I think upgrading to 7 would be a first good step.
