Extra Midi Controlers

I hate to start a new thread for a question but here goes…i have been djing now for about 4 months and have traktor pro and a numark total control. i am gettting better at using the total control but i wish it had more buttons. So my question is i have an SR-16 drum machine in my case just gathering dust it will send a midi out signal to the cpu. can i map it to work with traktor and my total control and use it like the nano pad to cue up loops and beat juggle and what not.

Any input will be appreciated

if it send midi then I don’t see why not, as long as the CC messages aren’t the same on each device, maybe use different channels?

If it sends midi then theres no doubt in my mind that it will be able to work with Traktor.
