i’m getting glitched audio in a way, at 512 latency i press cue on a stopped deck and you hear a small click (seems like a small lag) since the load bar boosts red for a second.
Please some help! What’s pissing me off is that a 2 year older computer with less specs is beating this one..
You said you were at 512 samples. Keep turning up the latency until it stops.
then it’s going to take a lot of time until traktor registers my button pushes and stuff…
Right, well than what you need to do is find yourself a point where you audio dropouts stop and determine if the latency level is acceptable to you. If it’s not then buy a new machine, or go back to your old one.
Unless you are cue juggling your fingertips off, you’ll probably do just fine around 20ms.
Hahahaha ok! thanks
Weird and it wasn’t an issue more annoyance like when I used the library browser encoder the library would stick. Was no audio issues or drops anything like that. Fwiw was win7 pro 64bit not xp and in xp I’d doubt there’d been any problems but would be a waste of the 8gb of ddr3
Plus I run latency way low below around 11ms or 13 will check next time im on it to be exact.
Also is traktor Pro 2… Not 1.27 or what not
New CPU was cheap snagged for 190ish and enhanced performance quite a bit for other things I do.
is at unibody macbook? use the usb port furthest away from the power port, i have the same specs as you, no problems at all. if ur using multiple controllers, make sure u have a powered usb hub pluged into the usb port mentioned above. ur latency should be anywhere from 13.6-20ms, good luck and have fun
