fader moving together??? help me

hi!
I did upgrade my firmware to 1.3 and the fx problems seems to be fixed but I still have problem with the faders when I move the left one, the right one is also moving .the right fader can move on his own but it is shaking and when it comes close from bottom it goes straight back up..???
so i’m not sure that the upgrade works , Ean is talking about a toggling buton when traktor is off but i’m not sure witch one he is talking about anyway I’ve tryed all of them, none are toggling. also I’m not sure where to import the TKS files I did same as a tsi file but i get error mesage -(import of controlers settings files from previous versions of traktor is not supported)
if anyone can help
please use simple english cos i’m french as you can see

You need to clean and lube your faders.

It should be the button that’s labeled as sync/keylock in this mapping.

What version of Traktor are you using?

thanx for your answer,
I will try to clean the fader, but one thing I didn’t get, why some bugs have been fixed if the upgrade didn’t worked??
do I have to flash it again??

The button should act like this. Make sure the VCI is connected to your computer, but Traktor should not be running.

my vci react as you show on the video, sorry I was thinking “toggling” it’s like “flashing”, pardon my french.
so I will try to clean up the faders and i’ll keep you in touch then.
