failed to release usb interface…
Hi, updating the firmware on a midifighter, (August 2011 update) I get one fail message.
“failed to release usb interface, entitiy not found”. What does it mean?
I’ve got two deckalised and this one isn’t working… help!
Dont know what I’ve done but it’s working… 
That is a bug which some users experience, basically it means nothing. As long as it says the firmware is up to date in the config screen it was successful.
We will be releasing an update to the utility soon which includes a number of bug fixes including this one.
