FAO Admins: Subscribed Threads

A few questions:

Do I get subscribed to every single thread I post in?
Then do I have to remove these subscriptions manually every time or is there a setting I didn’t see ?
Or do I have to choose not to subscribe every time I post?

Highly annoying since I have to clean my mailbox constantly, any input is welcome. Thank you and happy new year you all.

thank you for asking this, getting constant updates has annoyed me so much, to the mods you should change “edit options” to “edit preferences”, or even just have a title of “subscriptions” that would make more sense to my little brain.
