Should be standard stuff these days. Some people will always need a question asked and answered in their own format based on their own specific criteria. Simply brushing them off by saying “search the forums” sometimes isn’t the best response since forms were designed to exchange ideas and questions. If nobody asked them, we would have no content for the forums
