peste prajit is a food implying fish to be fried.
though not full tradition Romanian food we are to talk about salmon today.
when it goes to lay its eggs, it flows against the river’s stream only to reach his final destination and exhale
his last drop of life. One perrishes, thousands other are born.
similar to the salmon is this set, continously dying and being reborn.
