Foamo Bass in Massive or Reaktor 5?

Hey,

I am still struggling to get that Foamo sound in massive! I have followed his Computer music tutorial and the closest i came is this:

If you have Sylenthe, they have been known to use this synth I have attached a patch of theirs. You can open it, analyze it and mimic the settings in Massive to give you a bit of an insight.

Yeah i did try that but iā€™m at a very early stage and cant seem to match some of the settings on Sylenthe to the ones in massive, Big fail on my part!

I struggle to get that phatness and bulk with will really give my bass full effect.

try layering sounds. when i work on bass i tend to layer 2 tracks sometimes more. i would use 3-5 tracks just to get that massive lead sound
