Has anyone taking a look at these.
I bought it and i’m just waiting for everything to download, if the acapellas are sick it’s definitely a time saver.

You should turn around and sell this thing on ebay for $5.99. I doubt this guy is paying royalties for these. And if he is selling them to you and you just download them then I suspect something isn’t right. 
Or he can send it to me and I’ll upload it to MegaUpload for all to have! 
how this can sell on ebay while little jane or joe college is getting pounded at all angles by the RIAA for downloading a couple mp3s i guess it just part of the insanity of life in 20-10

Yeah thats a good example of how fucked up things are.
Im not gonna defend the people who download music but its sickening that people like eBay claim they dont allow this but you can clearly find loads of people selling hard drives and laptops loaded with mp3s.
That accapella sale is breaking a billion copyright laws.
Im sure Serato and NI would be pissed at the inclusion of their logos on that sale and in the item description.
But it’s especially for SSL… and TSP… and especially for everything!
Seriously, who would make an “especially for” .GIF just scrolling through almost all DVS programs and expects people to buy this?! Regardless of the fact that it makes no sense at all for accapellas to be especially made for one program.
You guys should check out this site called acapellas4u. I swear they have every damn acapella you could think of; if it had a release it’s generally there.
The ones that are DIY are clearly labeled as well.
I’ve been trying to download all day, i’m on vacation and the wireless here is dodgy. I’ve heard great things about acapellas4u but i’ve found it annoying to download stuff from that site, they that they have it setup so you earn points to download files.
What really makes this bad is that not only did this guy most likely not pay for these samples to begin with, but he is now making money off of someone elses work. It’s one thing if he were giving them away for free (which is also wrong), but this low life basically taking money from the real artist!
Ebay dont allow this kind of thing. All you have to do is repoort it and it will be removed. I think the prob is they cant monitor all listings so they rely on people reporting items like this.
IMO its like ebay says it doesn’t allow it but it uses user reporting all the while the auction (alot are buy it now) is still out there. they can repost the same things before the reporting will have any effect. you can’t even report a listing without logging in.
there’s a lot of knockoffs on ebay as well that ebay says it doesn’t allow
I mean when you think about it ebay is making a cut of money on everything illegal being sold…doesn’t that make it an accessory?

on the side of dodgy listings on ebay…
a guy i worked witha few years ago was selling discs with psp games and a hack you loaded onto a memory card. won’t go into how it was used on the psp.
but
ebay cancelled it, sent him a slap on the wrist in his inbox and refunded his ebay fees…

think in the eula they have a disclaimer about not taking responsibility for products sold, and why they hammer paypal and doing things within ebay to protect yourself - so they appear to take some kind of care
