I was House Mix 3 and it was pretty close between me and Keithace for a while. At one point I was ahead, then it was a tie, and then he took me in the final straight .

Sarasin, I normally hate trance, and whereas I would never play your style, I have to take my hat off to you for the sheer mentalness of that mix, and it wasn’t cheesy like a lot of trance I’ve heard.
BFLY, your’s was the last I heard and it really is nice to hear such an eclectic mix.

I had a thought that maybe it could be a once a month or every other month ocassion, but only have one or two genres per competition/month. That could mean fewer entries to listen to, so more votes, but more entries for the genres also. Or just keep it the same and do it every 3-4 months. What do you think?
Not gonna lie…I feel kinda cool for winning. All the mixes we’re very entertaining. Good job to all, and another big thanks to all those that helped make this happen. I honestly didnt think anyone would be able to organize this, so props to you guys
Yeah, thing is…its not Trance ala Sasha…its PSYTRANCE! And not the daytime fluffy SHYTE. I hate that. Not progressive either. This is what they call Twilight Psytrance…South African Style.
This was played at about 3am at an Outdoor Festival, on a TurboSound Rig.
Thanks for the props tho mate! Its appreciated! Jester is the other mix…and as there were only 2…its not REALLY saying I am better or anything. I guess the non Psy fans just liked the hardness of mine over his.
His style is more of a daytime Psy. Here in Cape Town, we kill it at night.
The amount of people voting was disappointing.
Next time id like to see an official DJTT Mix comp, advertised of their Facebook, Twitter and Blog Page. Ideally some prizes for the winners and even one for someone who votes raffle style.
~However - big up to everyone who entered a mix and voted and to photojojo for sorting it. Id also like to know who else entered mixs?

I do have to say that Mix 2 was far better than mine (I listened to it and then promptly voted for it over my own mix).
