I was just wondering how your forum rank (like: " Tech Wizard" or " Tech Mentor") is determined, and which one is better or higher than others? Couldn’t find anything about it on the forum..
the forum gods dub thee with a name of their choosing, and that tis be your title on the forums of djtt
It goes by post count. I don’t remember what the exact numbers are, but it was discussed at some point.

Tech Convert __ 5-20
Tech Wizard __ 20-100
Tech Mentor __ 100-500
Tech Guru __ 500-
We are still debating internally if we need higher ranks or not.

as mentioned before, i think there is no need in aiming for a huge post count.. quality instead of quantity.
no use for anybody if someone posts pics in the offtopic section like a mad man, but helping others or discussing stuff is what needs to be the aim!

Photojojo comes in first, though he has wayyyy too many time to post. Almost seems like me back in the day.
Herewith I can confirm all of his posts are genuine.
As of yet, I come second with 9000+ posts.
I still hope people will find a healthy balance. Some people love going off topic more than being too serious all the time. (Being to let some steam off or just human character)
This is why we created the off topic forum, keep it cool, but you’re all let loose a little bit more than on the other forums.
Being that Mods seem to have an excessive amount of posts, no new user ranks are needed that badly.
1000 and 3000 should be added.
