I pretty sure your purchase was for your use of the samples, and it didn’t give you the distribution rights, and downloading these wouldn’t be legal.

These packs are commercially available. I can only assume that filesharing them is illegal.
Until verified legal they must be removed in compliance with DJTT rules.

EDIT: i got the street fighter samples from DJTT already.
also have the full original street fighter 2 cd sound track with all vocal and sound fx samples some where in an old cd box…
