Free Scratch Upgrade E-Voucher
Hi I registerd my Kontrol S4 last friday night, and still haven’t received any email with the e-voucher. What can I do? I have contacted by email NI and still no response. This is the last week of the upgrades and I don’t wanna be left out. Can someone please tell me how to handle this situation.

Hey man,
Sometimes they’re just a bit slow. Give it a day or so. They will probably contact you back. If not you can call them and i’m sure they’ll help you out. Also if that fails, we have a moderator on here who is also an official NI moderator who will definitely help you out!

I’ve just bought my s4 but don’t think I’m going to be able to get around in installing the software until after the 23rd as I’m waiting for my copy of OSX 10.6 to arrive (currently running 10.4 which can’t support TP2), is there a way I can register my purchase online or do I have to do it from traktor?
Does someone knows the phone number of NI? i cant seem to find it over their web page!!!
@alexfells thats the same with me but just register the software on another computer and the when your mac arrives u just do all the installation again but with the Serial # of the scratch upgrade.
Ah cheers MrAybar, only problem is I’m in singapore and my s4 is getting delivered to the uk! However I’m going too see if I can get one of my friends too register for me and then transfer the serial! Thanks for the advice!
You can register the hardware on the NI-Website itself, Software-Registration is done exclusively through the Command-Center.
They are not the fastest on the voucher-part; I registered my TA10 on Friday and though I wasn’t eligible for the 25 bucks voucher, so I went ahead an bought an upgrade from Scratch Duo to TPS 2 full prize, only to get my voucher a few hours later… DOH

There are numbers for calling from within Germany as well, but even there, they ask you if you want support in german or english.

So here my dilemma now. With only a week to go to register my yet to be bought S4, I either have the choice of buying locally (in Australia) and paying a premium to pick up the S4 on the same day (guaranteeing the upgrade) or I buy from DJTT and get them to email the serials to me so I can register before the deadline, as it’s not going to ship from the US in time…
So I’ve emailed Zach at DJTT to plead with him to open the box they send me and email ahead the serials so I can register… I hope he can do it!

@jezalenko Hope he can do it man!!! i called NI today they told me that i should expect the e-voucher later today (dont think so) or tomorrow!!! So am waiting it seems that they ran out of vouchers and are waiting for NI Germany to send them more!!!
They ran out of a voucher that’s electronically generated? Sounds shady to me. 
@photojojo i called today again and they told me the same thing. Waiting for NI Germany to deliver new ones!!!
Here’s an update on my end - Zach emailed back and said he could do it!
Now, where do I tip? 
install tp1 then register everything, it has to registered by the 23rd to be eligible. then you buy the upgrade online and out in your code and they send it too you. warning there is a fee at the door mine was 20ish
So, an update on what’s happened.
The legend of DJTT customer support, Zach, emailed my my serials this morning.
I how have an activated copy of the TP2 S4 software - but still no hardware.
However, do I just register the software to be eligible for the Scratch upgrade? I ask as the software is registered fine, but the NI website hates on the serial for the hardware. (this address http://www.native-instruments.com/en/support/hardware-registration/)
Do I just have to register the software thorough Service Centre or do I need the hardware registered though the NI website too?
