Great news… unless you’ve already diligently registered your S4 I suppose. Guess not everyone can be a winner every time!

too bad I already got my scratch update free as a previous owner of Traktor Scratch…
some new vinyls would have been nice.
Yeh i kept my Traktor Scratch Duo license to get my free upgrade, suppose it meant I kept all my timecode aswell, can’t imagine people who paid for the update are going to be to happy!
Or people who already have an S4 and still have to pay for the upgrade whereas if they’d waited a while they’d have got it free.
So gutted I can’t get this as I registered last mine last month :\

Totally different situation there. That was a misunderstanding of what was said, this is a attempt by NI to sell some more S4’s by offering a reward to those that purchase in the correct time frame.
Don’t get me wrong…it was def a misunderstanding by those who thought that (like myself
slight_smile:…but honestly when they told us it would be coming in a future update, instead of saying something along the lines of it will be available as a future option, or available as a future upgrade, I think they knew what they were doing w/ the play of words.

I haven’t officially registered my s4 and that seems to be how they’re deciding when you" purchased it" and so I should still get my free vinyl…right?
Not sure how it’s going to work if you already have scratch on your account since it was already free for you.
that’s really some shit, because I paid for my scratch upgrade less than a month ago… Could have saved myself 140 dollars…
email NI with your complaint, you never know. I can understand that they wanted to boost sales since the NS6 just came out, but I can see that this will annoy a LOT of people.
