last thing I want to do is take away a potential sale from the store. So I will take any amount that some feels like paying.
Here is my idea. Pay what ever you want for the FW Kit. Money can be directly sent to DJTT (Maybe someone can help with Paypal).
Just mention this is a donation to DJTT from you the Buyer and MTVSTINKS and I will send you the FW kit.
If anyone who is using this is done with it I would love to get my hands on it (or if the store gets some copies in on of them). Me n Hipnotikk definitely want this for 1.4, so if whoever gets this wanted to relist it, I would be up for making a donation to the djtt store after it has made its rounds in la, so that it can make a trip to atl.

I am ok with that if others are… Could be like a library book or video rental. Pay rental fee to DJTT and me (90-10 of course) sign out for the kit,install FW and send back. Oh and pay if lost.

There are firmware kits availible in the store if you wish to purchase them. Purchasing a firmware kit at this stage is definantly the easiest option because currently you can upgrade to 1.3 then when 1.4 comes out you can upgrade to that aswell. With a rental kit you would have to try to get it back again when 1.4 comes out which might be a bit of a pain because i can see that everyone would be wanting one then.
So no one goes home crying id highly recommend registered mail - that way there is allways confirmation who has the firmware unit and that the device hasnt been lost in the mail along the way anywhere. Theres no way that you can tell if someone really has sent something or not unless its via registered mail - so if being posted by registered mail all the time there could never be any arguements about anyone keeping it and everyone is happy.
Personally if i was going to donate a unit to DJTT users i would pay for the registered post to mail it to the first person. Then from there all users have to do is pay for the registered mail for it to be sent to the next person - this way you know there the unit is at all times, there can be no arguements about it being lost in the mail\someone stealing the device to keep for theirself.
Though its not for DJTT to tell you what you can and cannot do with your device so thats totally up to you how you want to handle this, im just offering a suggestion.
Im more than happy to pay for my FW Kit. Ive had members offer to post them out to me which is awesome but now that ive read a bit more about the benefits of FW1.4 (which is much more the 1.3) i would rather make my contribution.
From what ive read today about FW1.4 and Midi improvements my decision to buy the VCI 100 instead of the 300 was a good move.
ill be buying mine this week. Unless you bastards sell out , in which case ill be as mad as hell and ill kick myself in the face for not acting quicker…
