FX 2 and 3 MIDID mapping for Pioneer ddj 400

FX 2 and 3 MIDID mapping for Pioneer ddj 400

is it possible to MIDI map FX bank 2 and 3 to other buttons on the DDJ 400

I don’t use the manual loop in and out buttons and would like to use them
