FX combinations

Hello I am trying to set some new fx to my VCI 100SE and I just so the freeze trick is there a step by step tutorial to do this?
And if I remember correctly there was a Thread about good FX combinations but I can not find it any more.
Does anyone know a good tread about FX combinations?

Easilly Change Tempos- The Freeze Trick

For echo freeze, hold down the echo button on the VCI and tap the jog wheel. That’s assuming you have the latest mapping etc.
