FX Section Not Working on the Kontrol X1

Hey DJTT,

I could really use a hand, the FX section on my Traktor Kontrol X1 is currently not working.

I have two X1’s in my setup: #1 works fine, the lower section of #2 works ok but the FX section does not work. When I press the top two FX button, this does not trigger the FX section in Traktor and the FX controller knobs do not control the FX parameters.

However, when I press these buttons, the CTRL light at the top does flash.

Could anyone please help me out with solving this issue?

By the way, I have both the Kontrol X1MK1 and the Kontrol X1MK2 - the issue is the same for both, although I am trying to get my X1MK1 working first. Thanks in advance for your help!

What decks does which control? Maybe one is controlling fx units 3 and 4 and you don’t have them visible in the layout.
